    Took a tour of this facility. The place was outdated and very unclean, the floors were disgusting. Definitely do not want my child to come here, and I wouldn't recommend. Lots of kids in one class. Unpleasant staff.

    Really happy my baby is getting used to the place. Raylynn and tori are my favorite teachers and i feel like they take such good care of my boy. Its so hard leaving your baby in daycare and they just make it so much easier. Love these girls.

    We havent had a very good experience here. Unfortunately! I think there needs to be teachers in the room. Regardless of the ratio. These kids are out of hand, including mine. Not very helpful in preparing for kindergarten. I have overheard employees gossiping. Billing is a joke. Dont get me started there. It's going on a month that I have an unknown balance on my account, when it should be a credit due to over payment. To know I spent 2 months crawling out of a 600.00 balance, which partially was my fault and I admitted it, unlike them. I never did get answers with that either but I still paid it. Then to look at my tax statement and the nerve to have only 320 as my total paid for the year? Yeah something isnt adding up. My fiance over heard administration, down talking people who are on daycare assistance. I am really sad regarding the whole time spent there. I am a momma who unfortunately works 9-10 hours days 6 days a week. I miss out on alot with my kids, but to know my youngest is not happy and the nasty things she has learned from other kids. It's sad that there are alot of centers like this. We moved to sylvania from Holland. My kids previously went to CDC. They got plenty of attention, plenty of hands on, and plenty love. There were rules in place and discipline. It kept the center in a orderly fashion. I cant honestly blame my child for acting out at that place, I no longer discipline her at home. Because I have come to realise it is not just her fault. The lack of supervision and guidance and actual interacting with the kids instead of gossiping and what not. It is not right that my child has a bad day every day of the week. Which I Have brought that to their staffs attention as well. Blown under the table just every other issue! I have been looking for a new center for a while and I am literally stuck between a rock and a hard spot. I really hope a more stable structure is implemented.
