  My son completed a shadow day at this center, and while I appreciate that they ultimately provided an answer regarding enrollment, I was disappointed by the communication throughout the process. After the shadow day, I was told I would receive a follow-up call regarding next steps. Instead, I spent nearly two weeks making phone calls, leaving voicemails, and sending emails before finally receiving a response. As a parent trying to arrange childcare, that delay was extremely frustrating and prevented me from moving forward with other options sooner. After receiving their decision, I actually agree that this program was not the right fit for my son. During the tour and shadow day, I observed a classroom environment that felt very busy and loud for him, and he left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. My concern is not the decision itself, but how long it took to communicate it. I was also disappointed by the professionalism and responsiveness I experienced during the enrollment process. Families deserve timely communication, especially when decisions regarding enrollment have already been made. I hope BrightPath will improve its communication with prospective families in the future so that parents can make informed decisions for their children without unnecessary delays.

  As an Army veteran and self-pay client, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by the total lack of care at this facility. I trusted this center with my child, but I have immediately withdrawn my daughter due to severe safety and supervision failures. An official incident report from May 22, 2026, confirms a child choked my daughter. Management failed to call me, waiting until pickup to disclose it. Since February, the center has failed to provide written observations or any teacher updates. Furthermore, I have personally witnessed children in this classroom bite a teacher and another classmate. I alerted the director directly to these safety issues, but no action was taken, and my child is now mimicking this biting behavior at home.
