- AWAdrian WilsonAug 7, 20245.0Ever since I came to this daycare I’ve had so much weight lifted off my shoulders. It is a family atmosphere where the staff looks out for the families. On more than one occasion the staff has stepped up for me in a way that I’ll never forget. Everyday my kids have the best experiences and they love being there. Everyone treats my kids so wonderfully. It’s so nice never having to worry about my kid’s safety while working. The teachers are wonderful and they personally give me reports on my children. My son and daughter have both learned so much by being here.
- PBPrincess BrownJun 25, 20241.0I went there spoke to the director about enrolling my daughter she kept making me feel like she didn’t want to deal with me she talks very short and ask like you are beneath her and was acting so busy pushing me off making me feel very uncomfortable so I said something about it and she said no judgment but was looking at me weird don’t know how to explain like she was judging me and didn’t like me really unprofessional

I have no doubt that while I’m at work my children are in great hands. Caring and friendly staff, administrators do a great job at communicating with me. - KWKristen WaldenMar 5, 20185.0My daughter started with Rainbow when she was about 3 months old. We chose Rainbow for a number of reasons. We felt very comfortable and welcomed during our tour, all the staff and teachers were very friendly and you could tell they care a lot for the children. Most everyone who works there has been working with children for a very long time. Our daughter is doing well, and you can tell she really enjoys her time there. They work with her on developmental milestones and send out monthly communication on what they plan to focus on and how we can help as parents to continue that at home. The children definitely come first and at times the parents or visitors have to wait for a staff member to be available. Definitely not a problem for us!
