  My son is in the preschool room. He has been there since August. It has been the best choice for our family. He has made so many friends and learned so much in the time he has been there. I love the updates and pictures throughout the day.

  My experience at this daycare was extremely disappointing and hurtful. As a Black mother, I left feeling that I was treated differently and unfairly. After my daughter attended for only one day, Paula and Michelle told me not to bring her back. During our conversation, I was accused of committing fraud because my daughter has a different last name than I do and questions were raised about my paperwork. I found those accusations offensive and humiliating, especially since I was willing to provide any documentation that was needed. The way I was spoken to felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of being treated with understanding and respect, I felt judged from the beginning. Based on my experience and the way I was treated, I believe I was subjected to unfair bias, and I left feeling that race may have played a role in how I was treated. No parent should have to experience being accused of wrongdoing without evidence or made to feel unwelcome after their child has only attended for one day. I expected professionalism, clear communication, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I am sharing my story so other families are aware of what I experienced and so that organizations entrusted with caring for children are held to a high standard of fairness, respect, and professionalism.

  My daughter has attended Perrysburg Kindercare since she was five months old. She is now in the preschool room. We’ve had a wonderful experience. She has grown and learned so much. She is thriving! She is happy to go to school and I have total peace of mind and confidence in the care and education she’s receiving. Paula and Michelle are fantastic and so are the teachers and staff. Everyone is so kind and caring and they appreciate each child for who they are. I am grateful they are part of my village.

  My husband and I love it here. My daughter is doing amazing. The staff members are so amazing and I even work there and I love it. Caring staff.

  Kindercare has been an absolute cornerstone of our family for the past three years. After visiting several other centers in the area, we knew instantly that Kindercare was the perfect place for our children as soon as we met Paula and Michelle. Their warmth and professionalism reassured us that our daughter and soon-to-arrive son would receive the best preparation for their upcoming school years. Our daughter started at age 2, and the directors were incredibly supportive, helping this emotional dad let go of his little girl for the first time. Since then, we’ve watched her blossom in countless ways. She’s learned safety, writing, weather concepts, letter sounds, and discovered her LOVE for drawing. Her social skills have also flourished—she’s learned to share, play well with others, and has become more aware of her emotions. Kindercare has truly given her the confidence and tools she needs to interact with the world around her. Our son started at just a few months old, and even at such a young age, the staff were wonderfully attentive to his needs and nap schedule. Now, he delights in pretending to read to us like his teachers and sings the songs they’ve taught him at the top of his lungs. We simply cannot imagine our children being anywhere else. Kindercare has provided us with unparalleled peace of mind, knowing our children are nurtured and cared for while we are at work. The open communication through the app is unmatched. Thank you, Kindercare, for making a profound difference in our children’s lives and the future of this community. We are eternally grateful for the love and dedication you show every day!
