All three of our decor packages include tables, chairs, linens, and centerpieces. If you are feeling overwhelmed, the Windamere staff is here to help personally walk you through your decor decisions. From flowers, sparkler send offs, speciality cocktails and more - the Windamere has you covered, with no hidden pricing. On your big day you will have the entire 8,000 square foot Windamere event venue to yourself. The Bridal Suite is decked out with a mimosa bar and make-up stations, creating a relaxing atmosphere to get ready with your wedding party. The guys can get ready in the Stag’s Room, located inside a historic bank vault in the building. A private place for them to hang out away from the action, the vault is equipped with a flat screen tv, cable, WiFi, video games, and mini-bar. We have so many ways to make your day extra special. Experience your first-look in our VIP balcony, lock your letters and keepsakes to each other in a safety security box in the historic bank vault, and take you wedding party photos in and around downtown Middletown.

Looking to keep it short, sweet, and all about the love? We totally get it, that is why the Windamere also specializes in Mini-mony weddings & elopements. Also known as micro-weddings, these intimate ceremonies include you, your main squeeze, and a couple of your closest friends and family members.
