She especially loves her kindergarten teacher. We’ve had a very positive experience over the years. We truly appreciate all the care and support the teachers and stuff have given her over the years!

We specifically asked about make-up days before enrolling and were told that missed days could be made up. When we actually tried to schedule them, we were suddenly told we needed to give notice. We agreed and even requested make-up days more than two weeks in advance, but they still refused. The constant change in their explanation made it feel like they were looking for reasons to deny the request rather than work with us. When I visited, there were only a few children in the classroom, so it didn’t appear to be an issue of availability. Parents deserve honesty and consistency, especially when they’re paying for childcare. If make-up days aren’t truly offered, don’t advertise them or tell families they are. The lack of professionalism and poor communication left us feeling completely misled. I would not recommend this daycare based on our experience.
