Especially if your child is/would be in the infant 3 room, do not take your child to this daycare. My son was in this room twice a week for approximately 6 weeks. Twice he was accidentally checked out on the app as if someone picked him up. Once he was picked up with dried poop, smelled like dog or cat poop, on the front of his pants. They still smelled strongly of poop and he had an unused change of pants at the center. Twice he came home with raw spots on his butt. The worst was a nickel sized spot with two smaller spots below it (still scarred two weeks later).
Once I picked him up and he still had fecal remnants from an early diaper on his butt and between his thighs. Diaper changes are required every 2 hours, but his tended to be documented every 3+ hours, even with my reminders through messaging on the site app. The second to last day he attended, the teacher was standing in the middle of the room wearing latex gloves, like they had recently changed a diaper, at pickup. When I walked in, they got my son’s bottles and gave them to me all while not removing the gloves.
This isn’t even to mention a teacher solicited money from my wife early in our time at the site and they are on their third Director in our 15 months there. The teacher solicitation of money wasn’t properly investigated until I escalated to the VP of HR and when I would show leadership how terrible my son’s bottom was at pick up or messaged them about the poop on his pants, the best they did was say, “I’m sorry”.
Additionally, parents were incentivized in late August, 2025 to leave positive reviews. That is why there are so many around this time.

My daughter attended this daycare for about a year. Overall, our experience with the teachers was very positive. The teachers are truly wonderful, they often go above and my daughter loved them very much.
However, there has been a constant issue with short staffing. Because of the ongoing teacher shortage, the child-to-teacher ratio increases, and it becomes very difficult for teachers to properly supervise all the children. I do not blame the teachers for this situation-they are doing their best under challenging circumstances.
My main concern was that my child received 16 INCIDENT REPORTS involving the SAME child. Unfortunately, the management/center director did absolutely nothing to address the situation. I repeatedly asked for my daughter to be moved to another classroom, either slightly older or slightly younger, but they refused, saying she was 2–3 months outside the age requirement. However, exceptions were made for the other child, and multiple actions were taken on their behalf, such as installing additional door locks and gates. This raises a serious question: why were accommodations made for one child but not for mine?
The incidents started as pushing or stepping on her hand, but over time they escalated to more serious behaviors such as pulling her hair out, scratching her, pushing her off swings, stepping on her back, and jumping on her. I brought this to the director’s attention multiple times, but nothing was done. I was never given a clear explanation as to why my child had 16 incident reports involving the same child (the keep saying that the kid is taking therapy at home) nor were any protective measures taken for her. By the way my daughter is not only one who got accident reports under the same kid.
I also suggested that the other child’s parents should be informed and that action should be taken on their side as well. Unfortunately, my concerns were ignored.
I am very disappointed in the director/assistant director Stephanie of this daycare. My daughter truly loved this place and her teachers, but because the daycare seems to operate in a one-sided manner and failed to ensure her safety, we had no choice but to move her to another facility.

We have had a positive experience with Brightpath overall. The teachers are warm, patient, and genuinely seem to care about the kids. The facility is clean and well-organized, and I appreciate the daily updates on meals, naps, and activities.
The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that communication could sometimes be a little more proactive—occasional reminders or updates come last minute. It’s not a dealbreaker, but improving in this area would make an already great experience even better.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this review since our daughter has been attending BrightPath for almost exactly a year - closer to when they first opened the center. From the very start, the Director, Mary, has been the most caring and empathic person I’ve ever met in this role. Her leadership and dedication have set the tone for everything that makes this center special.
We’ve had the privilege of seeing the center grow and bring on amazing teachers who have become the glue that holds everything together. They are the core of the loving and nurturing environment that every parent dreams of for their child. For us, this incredible group includes: Danette, Maria, Grace, Vivenne, Elizabeth, and Robiya. While I know there are many other wonderful staff members, these are the names that stand out to me because of the impact they have had on my daughter.
I never have to worry about my child’s well-being when she’s at BrightPath. The teachers love her like she’s their own, and it shows. In fact, one of the easiest ways to get my toddler excited to get dress in the morning is to ask, “Do you want to go see Ms. Danette, Ms. Elizabeth, and Ms. Vivienne?” – these are the early birds who greet her with so much love. Her emphatic “Yes!” is all the proof I need of how much she loves being there.
Historically, I’ve had trust issues with childcare centers, but my husband and I couldn’t be happier with the group Mary has brought together. Childcare is a challenging field, and most centers face a revolving door of staff, but BrightPath strives to aim for a higher standard. This team has a unique ability – a sixth sense, even – to find people who will truly love and nurture your child while providing the education, play, and the intentional care necessary for them to thrive.
Our daughter is living proof of that, and we are grateful to BrightPath for creating an environment where she can grown and flourish. I want to apologize for the lengthy review but it's well deserved. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.
