- MLMarquita LavallaisNov 19, 20191.0They are unprofessional and definitely don’t have teachers that can handle the kids, how can a teacher not handle a toddler. How are you called childcare and call the parents 10 times a day. Director and teachers picking on the kids and having teachers squeeze the kids face. They have been through 6 directors in the last 2years and last time I checked they are suppose to help the kids they are not doing a good job. The director has lied and I have her recorded with her lying. How can you say you have cameras and all the classroom but then when you ask to see them they all of a sudden don’t have them or they don’t work. This is the worst KinderCare ever they have teachers coming and going they have been through hundreds of teachers since my kids been there even teachers say how horrible they are and all teachers that worked there are not lying and saying the same thing!!!!
- SSSaraMar 8, 20191.0I used to love this place & I recommended it to everyone but it’s all new staff & it’s completly different. Very unorganized and it seems like they just hire whoever anymore, some of the teachers there should not work with children. Not to mention after I left I had a zero balance but I look at my credit score one day and I have a balance from them for $310. They also had a issue with keeping my child’s face clean, and they taped my sons shoes strings one day because it was to hard to just tie them. I won’t ever put my kids back in this center.
