I wasn’t going to write a review, but after my experience with my daughter’s new daycare and leaving Kindercare on bad terms, I thought I’d share my experience. my daughter started going there a little after she turned one and stayed for about a year and she was in three different rooms. The first two rooms were great. around the time she moved to her third room, I started working there being a single mom, helping with childcare cost. My biggest concern is throughout her whole time being there she was extremely sick and was never 100% healthy. When I started working there I also got sick. Us as teachers did clean our rooms but were had to do everything with the kids in our rooms along with decorating ,there was no time to clean the way we should’ve. My second concern was when she entered a room discovering preschool (DP). She then was never acting like herself when I picked her up and always wanted to leave right away I never got smiling pictures which was not Normal. After multiple incidences without explanation of how they got there and not being informed before the end of the day when I left with her , I picked her up not wanting to bring her back. As I’m walking out my boss yells down the hall to not come back and sent a message to everyone saying I left abruptly. I was planning on finishing my 2 weeks I had turned in the week before. I don’t not recommend this place for your kid 2-3 years of age and my daughter is happier than ever at her new place and acts like herself again and isn’t sick!!!!!

My kids have been enrolled here for six years, spanning from the infant room to now in the school age room and we've loved it. We've had excellent teachers that care about the children like they are their own. I've developed relationships with the teachers that not only benefit my children but benefit me as well. I trust them enough to ask the tough questions, they give me constructive feedback when something needs to be addressed with my children or helpful information as to why they are behaving the way they are. I have always felt that my children are well protected and cared for at this center and we are so thankful for their efforts in helping us raise our children. They are most certainly part of our village!

When I first started looking for a daycare I didn’t even know where to begin. I was scared to put my kids in other people hands but I love KinderCare!!! All of the staff is always so sweet and helpful. They always go over and beyond to help answer any questions I have or help in anyways. Mrs. Esther is one of the most amazing people there. She always has the biggest smile on her face when we come in. I recommend this daycare to everyone I talk to all the time. My daughter was a handful (still can be at time) and with their help and understanding we were able to get her ready for Kindergarten last year. I can’t thank all the staff enough for everything they do and still do everyday! We appreciate all of you here at our KinderCare!! Thanks you guys again!!!
