  We came to Kindercare from another daycare. It has been night and day difference. We get contast updates and pictures. Our child is thriving and happy to go each day. Amberle is awesome, approachable and listens to your concerns. If there is a problem she is sure to remedy it fast!

  This is a very HONEST review. It started very good and promising in the beginning due to Ms. Ashanti and Ms. Kathy being very caring and hands on with the kids. There was a change in management and the quality of the teachers started going down. It seems like they just hire anyone just to have a body on staff. When Ms. Ashanti left and Ms. Kathy retired the discovery preschool class has had a high turnover rate with teachers ever since. We would see a new teacher in the classroom every couple weeks without notice. Ms. Shay started being there regularly and my daughter was getting used to seeing her then she disappeared without notice. The kids in this classroom have no stability. NO COMMUNICATION. Director states she prefers to keep an open line of communication but doesn’t on her end. On a couple occasions I would walk in at pickup and notice a child crying profusely without comfort or care from the teacher. The newer staff here is very unprofessional I had a teacher ask for money to replace a cheap $30 necklace that she says my daughter pulled on and broke when the Director had discussed with her prior that the facility will cover cost of broken necklace. I had another teacher at pickup try to argue me down that my daughter didn’t come to daycare with socks, like I do know what my daughter wears daily. I described the socks by color/design and then she proceeded to the classroom then came outside and handed them to me 🙄, no apology or nothing. The Director Amberle seems like she wants to make positive changes within the center but is afraid to. She doesn’t want to upset her friends that work there smh. The Assistant Director Ms. Krystal who just stepped down from the position is useless to say the least. I never cared for her when she was a teacher, her pretend to care for your complaints/concerns. I’m so glad my daughter no longer has to come to this place. Overall I would not recommend KinderCare Alpha for childcare. Please look for a more stable and caring center 💯.

  My son has been going to this center since he was an infant & the teachers are great they definitely will prepare your child for school they are very hands on I have the app on my phone & im updated daily with videos of my child & pictures & also every time he is being changed & all the healthy meals they prepare for the children I’m truly blessed to have found this center

  Great school i started my oldest daughter when she was 6-7 months old i was terrified of daycare being with my 1st born i was a stay at home mom but kindercare welcomed me and my kids with open arms the facility is always clean and neat the staff communicates with you the learning activities for the month try to really help each kid develop at their own speed very hands on with the children my daughter loves it and her teachers and she has learned alot over the past year and a half she is now 2 1/2 speaking alot more learning shapes colors letters numbers potty training all thanks from the help of her teachers my youngest love it also shes also learning so much with the help of her teachers i feel kindercare is more than just a daycare but more like a family that helps with my children education and development
