  We've been at Kids Country now over 5 years with 2 kids. Both kids really enjoy it. The teachers and support staff have been great at connecting with the kids and helping them development while there. The class rooms are full of activities and the outdoor spaces, especially for the older kids, is quite large for burning off a lot of young kid energy! :) Also knowing the kids are going to get a good offering of breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack takes one more thing off the tondo list each day.

  Kids Country Hartville is the BEST daycare my son has been to! Staff are well trained and empathetic and every one of my sons teachers have taken the time to learn about our personal family dynamics and help us improve our childs wellbeing at home also. They always have great age appropriate activities to help them develop all essential skills. They give children the stability of routine, whether its meal times, outside play or nap time. I constantly receive updates on the app with what my son is doing and they also send lots of photos! If you are looking for a daycare that gives us as parents the peace of mind with safety, choose Kids Country! (They also serve meals so no more need to pack their lunches!)

  2021: We started our 8 month old baby at Kids Country Hartville about a month ago and my only regret is not making the change sooner! Right away, our little one was happier in the evenings and she immediately started sleeping through the night! They are very consistent with 2 naps (our preferred routine), regular diaper changes, and lots of communication! Clare Perry, the director, the perfect combination of leader and expert of Child Development- she runs a great program! Miss Jess, one of the teachers in the infant room, is also a wonderful resource who pays close attention to changes and let's us know. We could not be happier! 🥰 2023: Update: Our daughter started in the Multi-Age Preschool (MAPS) class and absolutely LOVES it! Miss Courtney is excellent with communication and does great with the kids. She's learning so much my husband and I are always amazed with the new things she says and knows!

  we have been at this center for 3.5 years. we have experienced wonderful care in a family oriented manner. recently new management has taken over. unfortunately this has created negative change. they are doing some remodeling, which is beautiful, but now has left the center unsafe. the door is now propped open and anyone can walk in. no one is often at the desk monitoring traffic going in and out of the center. there are new teachers in the classroom which is always welcome, however the new teachers don't even ask if you are the parent taking the child out of the classroom. this is very dangerous. also a family of rabbits have moved into an area where the breakfast bar is located. there is rabbit feces and urine on the floor less than 6 feet from where the food is served to the children. this is a health and communicable disease concern. we have located a new center, with superior curriculum and one that costs significantly less. I am sad to leave the kids country family, however we need to do what is best and safest for our children.
