  Kindercare Gahanna has come such a long way from where it was. Brand new management came in and just poured love into this center and into the employees. You can genuinely feel the love in that building as soon as you walk through the door. I will always refer anyone I can to this center. It is incredible all of the necessary changes that were made for the good 😊

  My experience with KinderCare Learning Center was frustrating and disappointing. However, it wasn’t always this way. At one point, I was more than happy and felt safe leaving my child there. Since previous leadership left, the center has not been the same—it no longer feels welcoming and the overall environment has noticeably changed. There have been ongoing issues with communication, organization, and support. One major concern was that there was consistently no management present during pick-up and drop-off times, which raised serious concerns about oversight and accountability. About a week ago, I was even turned away because there weren’t enough staff members to take the children—there were only two teachers present and, again, no management on site. While there are a few teachers who genuinely care about the well-being of both staff and children, that level of care is not consistent across the center. It often feels like concerns are overlooked rather than addressed, creating a stressful and unprofessional environment. I expected a much higher standard from a place responsible for both staff and children. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.

  As a retired teacher, I am so pleased with the educational processes utilized at the Gahanna KinderCare. The children, regardless of age, are always learning something exciting and new and the "hands-on" approach used is such an integral part of retention. Children need a strong foundation on which to build their educational future and there is no doubt in my mind that the Gahanna KinderCare teachers and staff are dedicated to providing the environment conducive for this.
