  Dear Sam, Max, and the Routsong Family Funeral Home, I wanted to express our deepest gratitude for the overwhelming kindness, care, and compassion you showed our family during the most difficult time of our lives following the passing of our beautiful 18 year old daughter, Kaylee. You truly took care of every single detail. From constantly checking in to ensure our wishes were honored, to handling all the logistics, your team was incredibly intuitive. The thoughtful gifts of extra locks of Kaylee's hair and the beautiful photo memory slides meant more to us than words can say. You made Kaylee’s service incredibly special, bringing a sense of peace and comfort to days that felt completely dark. Our immense gratitude will forever be in our hearts. To have our beloved 13 year old Yorkie, Mia, pass away just a month later was another devastating blow. Choosing Routsong to take care of Mia was a natural choice, and once again, you went above and beyond for our family. Words truly cannot describe how grateful we are for everything you have done.   Routsong handled my mother's services flawlessly. She passed away at the end of January 2026 during the tail end of a frigid blizzard. Routsong was so understanding and flexible with us wanting to have the services when we did. They adjusted things for cold weather without any extra work on our end, communicating with the cemetery and officiants. They were prompt and meticulous preparing her for viewing. Guests were very complimentary about the service and in the weeks afterwards the staff reached out to us regarding support for our family as we navigated paperwork and estate matters. I highly recommend Routsong and when the time comes for other members of my family to transition from this world, Routsong will be the family I will choose for their services.
