  Just two days before Father’s Day, our Dad’s headstone was installed, and I finally got to see it in person today. Standing there, looking at it for the first time brought a mix of emotions that’s hard to put into words. Pride. Gratitude. Heartbreak. Peace. My brother, Chris Cusick, and I worked hard to design something we felt truly represented our Dad. We wanted it to be special, and we wanted it to be something he would have been proud of. Seeing it completed today, I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation we had. It is absolutely beautiful, and I know without a doubt that he would have loved it. What makes this even more special is that there was a time when we never thought something like this would be possible. We never thought we could afford the kind of memorial we envisioned for him. Like many families, we assumed that a beautiful, custom headstone would cost far more than we could ever spend. We worried we would have to settle for something less than what we felt he deserved. That’s where Eternity StoneWorks came in. From the very beginning, they treated us like family. They didn’t see us as just another customer. They listened to our story, our ideas, and our vision for honoring our Dad. John was there every step of the way. He answered every phone call, responded to every question, and guiding us through a process neither of us had ever navigated before. No matter how many times we reached out, he was always willing to help. In a world where customer service often feels rushed and impersonal, John and Eternity Stoneworks embody everything a small business should be. They genuinely care about the people they serve, and that compassion showed in every interaction we had with them. The fact that they were able to have it installed before Father’s Day makes it even more meaningful. Being able to visit my Dad this weekend and see his beautiful memorial in place is a gift that I can’t fully express my gratitude for. They worked with us, treated us with compassion, and created something that we will cherish forever.

  John, the owner, truly cares about the families he services. He passes his savings on to the families, this is the best Monument Company around and their attention to detail is spot on! You will be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t call John for all of your Monument needs.

  My husband and I came across John by chance and we are so glad we did 💜 sure it was a "God Wink" 😊 He not only cares for his customers in their grief of loosing a loved one..he shows more compassion for you.. as well as the Monument you are purchasing for your loved one..we purchased for son and grandson..then ours and my sister's husband passed last year and he did hers as well. His expertise is unsurpassed in my book! Thank you so much John...forever grateful 🙏
