  The director Jasmine and her staff Stephanie of this location shows poor communication and education of how to to run a childcare facility. They favor they own children over the other kids that are enrolled. They wrongfully kicked my 3 year old son out because of their lack of education for a special needs children I personally observed how they allow other kids including they own child to bully and say nothing to them but as soon as my son reacts to how he is being treated they write him up. Please be weary when enrolling your kids at this Kindercare location they don’t even have cameras everything is word to mouth with no real proof that your kid/s actually was the one causing the issue

  My name is Samantha, I have 2 kids at this daycare. And I Am really furious about everything that is going on specially this time where my baby bottle is missing. 1) It’s been a while where everytime when I come to pick them up, my 9 months old baby bottle is nowhere to be found and I have to wait for at least 15 to 20 mins for them to look it for me. But this time, it has gone too far where It is really missing and I only have 2 bottles for her meaning that tomorrow when I bring her to the daycare she will not have enough milk to drink. And they are lack of communication and charting the amount of formula she drinks. Because I need to know how much she drinks or eats. 2) I don’t like at all the lack of care they are giving the baby. When I pick her up, I would find her with dirty clothes, wet or dirty diaper on, even though I always bring extra clothes and extra diapers for her. 3) Also, for the toddler she is 3 years old, everytime I drop her each morning , the won’t check her in the app not until I called after an hour or so for them to do so. And I think that’s ridiculous. I just wished that things would be different there for the sake of the kids and that the teachers would be more professional and more caring. Thank you!

  Since Miss Audrey has taken over the leadership role at this location, and actual learning curriculum was established. Organization is much better and there is more consistency

  I would absolutely not recommend this Kindercare, every sense certain directors have left this center in mid 2020, it hasnt been the same.They just had my 4 yr daughter outside with no shoes on in 40ﾟ weather. VERY POOR JUDGMENT ON TEACHERS AND NEW DIRECTORS PART! AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
