We lost our Mother two years ago and the owner came in and had a box with make up and nail polishes he definitely understood the assignment and was just so empathetic and caring!!!! I will never forget how he showed us grace during our difficult time I love him for that!!! The staff in general was so professional and understanding, from the bottom of my heart I thank you it meant the world to have you as our funeral service providers thank you all for what you do!!!!1❤️❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘😘

Sheila and Travis took us under their wings and provided 1st class service walking us through the end of life process. They came to the house when mom passed and made sure she was transported in a respectful and caring way to the funeral home. Sheila was available 24/7 to answer any questions I had about the cremation process. Travis and Sheila were also there 1st hand to help me write the obituary. Not only did they perform their job, they also sent encouring uplifting, inspirational messages to help me get through the process. Sheila and Travis not only made us feel like valuable customers but like family! We appreciate them going above and beyond the call of duty! They truly care about the people they are servicing. I highly recommend working with them in times of loss! Thank you Sheila and Travis!!!❤️

I had a very hard time processing this and found great comfort after speaking with Dan Pallay today. It was not an easy call for me to make, as I became very emotional. Dan was able to answer all of my questions, was very kind and incredibly helpful. Thank you Dan, for helping me find the closure I've been searching for my entire life and giving my father the burial we could not. You have helped my brothers & myself, in more ways than you could possibly imagine. We're forever greatful! ❤️
