  I've went there 5 times now with my son. I originally called for family therapy. The secretary said they would do an intake and pair me who they thought was best. So the therapist suggested that instead of family therapy maybe it would be better to go one on one for me and my son. Long story short today was his second 1 on 1 the therapist couldn't get me scheduled with this other therapist that I matched up with for like 6 weeks. She informed me she would ask her supervisor about pairing me up with someone else then she would let me know. We go in today, I ask her if she talked to her manager and she looked at me like I was stupid and asked if I asked the secretary about it? So here we are it's my 6 year old sons first actual appointment on his own after his intake.. so I go to schedule him again and can't get him back with her until may 18th? How is that going to be effective for a 6 year old? They sounded anything but concerned about my mental health and didn't even bother "pairing" me with somebody else and said Ron can see you June 3rd? I already tried calling numerous times but I'm obviously being ignored. I honestly am amazed how you stay in business.

  Mental Health deserves more attention. The amount of us struggling is seemingly increasing. As if that isnt enough finding a caring and attentive counsoler is another headache. However rest assured that at Leading Latern all of your mental health needs will be met at this facility. I have been a patient here for over a year and have very positive expierance in my path of healing. With a wide range of experts you and your family will be in the best of hands. Give it an emense warm hearted thank you to the staff. I finally after years of going to different mental health facilitys I finally found one I can relay on. Thanks again.

  Ron is an amazing counselor. He's helped me work through grief, insecurity, parenting issues etc. Professional but not uptight. Very easy to talk to.😊 No complaints about anything with the office. Good availability for appointments.

  Be aware! Even if your child has a medical emergency and you cannot call to cancel due to being in the emergency room, you will be charged a no show fee of 50.00. The counselor even called me. I told her we had an emergency and that we could not make it due to how sick my child was. She seemed fine with it. We then received a 50.00 fee in the mail. I was told it is at the discretion of the counselor whether they charge you the fee or not. She must not have thought a medical emergency with a trip to the hospital was a valid reason not to come to the appointment. That’s okay. We paid the fee and they lost 2 clients and thousands of dollars.
