Sanctuary Pointe Nursing & Rehab Center is centrally located off I-275 and Hamilton Ave Exit in Colerain Township. We provide an array of rehabilitative and nursing services to all of Greater Cincinnati's senior population for rehabilitation, long-term care and a secure memory care unit. Physical, occupational and speech therapy is provided 7-days a week by our highly trained staff. Our convenient location to most major hospitals makes it an easy transition when leaving the hospital. We can admit new patients not only upon discharge but also from the emergency room, doctor's office or home.
