Nursing HomeRehabilitation Center
Sanctuary Pointe Nursing & Rehab Center is centrally located off I-275 and Hamilton Ave Exit in Colerain Township. We provide an array of rehabilitative and nursing services to all of Greater Cincinnati's senior population for rehabilitation, long-term care and a secure memory care unit. Physical, occupational and speech therapy is provided 7-days a week by our highly trained staff. Our convenient location to most major hospitals makes it an easy transition when leaving the hospital. We can admit new patients not only upon discharge but also from the emergency room, doctor's office or home. Contact us for more details.

The kitchen respond negatively when they receive complaints about the quality of the food, from uncooked doughy cinnamon rolls, rock hard porkchops, and cold soup... BUT I must add that the NURSING STAFF is AWESOME!!

- JDJillian D.May 8, 20264.005/07/2026 – Visited a relative who recently arrived for physical rehabilitation. The facility appeared nice, clean & very spacious. She said her care has been good so far, although she isn't a fan of the food. Most of the experience was positive overall. A few staff members gave somewhat awkward glances rather than just greeting us, but aside from that, everything seems to be going well at this point.
- JRJen RMay 1, 20261.0When making a appointment for a loved one to get their hair cut, you would think they would write down the right person's name of who it is needing it. Nope, they wrote my grandma's name down, whose name sounds nothing like the one they were supposed to do. They cut off all of her hair. It looks terrible! My grandma would of never had it cut this short if she was her "normal" self. In the past this beautician has cut another residents hair too short without permission and upset the family in the past. I think the person who made the mistake should be held accountable. I also think its time for a new beautician.
