  We cannot thank Nate and Amanda at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed our family during one of the hardest times in our lives. Planning a funeral while dealing with the loss of a loved one is never easy, but Nate and Amanda made the entire process so much easier than we ever expected. They guided us through every step with patience, kindness, and understanding, helping us make important decisions during a time when emotions were overwhelming. They took the stress and uncertainty out of the planning process and made sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail. What stood out most was the genuine compassion they showed our family. We never felt rushed or pressured, and they made us feel that our loved one and our family truly mattered. Their support allowed us to focus on what was most important: honoring our loved one and being there for each other. During a time when it is difficult to know where to turn, Nate and Amanda were a tremendous source of comfort and reassurance. Their dedication and kindness went above and beyond our expectations, and we will always be grateful for the difference they made for our family.

From the very first phone call, Jeff and his team guided us through every decision with patience and warmth, never once making us feel rushed or like just another appointment. Jeff went above and beyond, offering to contact the chapel to arrange the funeral service and reaching out to the cemetery to coordinate the burial on our behalf. That kind of initiative took an enormous weight off our shoulders during a time when even small tasks felt overwhelming. The staff handled every detail with professionalism and genuine kindness, so we could focus on grieving together instead of worrying about logistics. Losing someone we love was devastating, but Mihovk-Rosenacker gave us a service we'll always be grateful for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the entire team to anyone facing this difficult journey.

  They are the kindest people to help you in this very distressing time. Patient and supportive. They help you nake decisions and explain all aspects of the procedure. They have no problem repeating themselves and are never in a hurry. They respect your finances and never push. They make this experience easy when you are hurting and need help and understanding. I would recommend this funeral home hands down. It was a pleasure having them in my corner and shouldering all the aspects of this very stressful time. Talk to them. They have your back and can make this time easier with no worries.
