  Amazing experience working with Sarah during an extremely difficult loss for our family. She did an amazing job on the obituary and took our ideas for the service and made it all work. Highly recommend this group to anyone that needs assistance with a service for your loved one.

  When my Mother passed away unexpectedly, I was at a loss for what to do, or who to contact. When asked where to take the body, I replied Mihovk-Rosenacker simply because they were near our location. I couldn't have made a better choice. From start to finish, every point of contact was professional and courteous. I felt the fees were reasonable for the services provided and we were guided through each step with compassion and kindness which included follow-up after the service to see if we needed assistance with settling the estate. Funeral planning isn't something we like to think about, but I have no hesitation recommending Mihovk-Rosenacker when faced with the need. I can't think of a single area where they could have improved their service from walking us through the process, preparing my Mother for the visitation, putting together the remembrance video and cards, and following up after the service to see if we needed help.

  Bob was exceptionally compassionate and respectful of our feelings and needs as we planned our son’s funeral. It was the worst day of our lives and the hardest thing we have have had to do as a family. He made the process as easy and seamless as possible. Every detail turned out perfectly and we are forever grateful. We would recommend this funeral home and Bob to everyone.
