  When my Mother passed away unexpectedly, I was at a loss for what to do, or who to contact. When asked where to take the body, I replied Mihovk-Rosenacker simply because they were near our location. I couldn't have made a better choice. From start to finish, every point of contact was professional and courteous. I felt the fees were reasonable for the services provided and we were guided through each step with compassion and kindness which included follow-up after the service to see if we needed assistance with settling the estate. Funeral planning isn't something we like to think about, but I have no hesitation recommending Mihovk-Rosenacker when faced with the need. I can't think of a single area where they could have improved their service from walking us through the process, preparing my Mother for the visitation, putting together the remembrance video and cards, and following up after the service to see if we needed help.

  Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral home gave me and my family comfort during these very sorrowful uncertain days. Rudy, our funeral director was very kind, understanding, sensitive and responsive to all our needs. He coordinated all activities from the time of my wife's passing to the cremation and services. There was nothing unanswered, which is a tribute to the Mihowk -Rosenacker funeral services. After the church service had ended and the celebration reception, Rudy and others followed up several weeks later to help my grieving. I wish to thank Rudy and the Funeral Home team for outstanding service during this time of need. Ken

  The whole staff does a great job in making the whole funeral process as easy as possible. They are honest and up front about cost and ways of still having a very dignified service. Our family has used their services many times alway does a great job that is greatly appreciated.
