- MRMiranda RandolphJun 14, 20231.0I brought my son here for 3 months part time. When we left they had so much trouble keeping rooms staffed that we couldn’t bring our son one week. We withdrew him for a separate reason and emailed Tiffany the director for a refund since we didn’t bring him the last week. She never responded. A month goes by, so I call and the asst. picked up. She said she was in a classroom and would have someone call me back. I never received a phone call or received a refund. To me it seems like they have so many issues keeping people employed that incompetence just comes with the territory. I’m starting to wonder how they really treated my child while he was there…

- BDBrittany DavisMar 11, 20192.0The infant daycare teachers are absolutely AMAZING!!! I would 100% recommend KinderCare for the infant room. As far as toddlers, KinderCare does not tolerate any type of bad behavior. None of the normal temper tantrums or things of that nature so you will be forced to pick your child up each and every time your child isn’t having a PERFECT day. After so many incidents, they will tell you your child can not return and they will refer you to Positive Leaps. The CEO of Positve Leaps says if the daycare providers can not control a child using by positive reinforcement rather than focusing using on negative behavior, you should Not want your child in that type of environment. They also charge for language arts classes... which is something you would think would be provided right??? My child LOVES Positive Leaps but doesn’t not want to return to KinderCare.
