- ECEmily CramerAug 2, 20265.0Update: I was always happy with the individuals and the care my children received at Discover Champions; however, I had concerns about billing which is done online from a national group. I am happy to say the manager of the local facility called me and we discussed my concerns. She was extremely helpful and we will definitely be using Champions again this year. She took my feedback and wants to make sure customers are pleased. One area of feedback was that if children are registered and have not been in attendance, to have someone from the facility call the family to ensure they intended to be registered since the billing system is new. I do take responsibility to check this as well in the computer system. I was very pleased to have the communication from the local office.

The value for this program is one of the best I've seen in the area. Communication between staff and parents is outstanding. The staff there are friendly and always greet us with a warm smile. Thank you to all we have worked with, particularly Ms. Colette, Ms. Avis, and Ms. Maddie. All of you are amazing! We will be back next summer.

She’s been able to get lots of outside playtime and make great relationships with friends from school. I love that it’s hosted at her school which makes it extremely convenient for drop offs.
