If you want your baby to be mistreated and end up in the hospital, this is the daycare to choose. I entrusted my 15month-old son to this center for two months, and he ended up severely dehydrated and hospitalized. From the very beginning, this daycare failed to meet even the most basic standards of care. Here are just a few of the many unacceptable incidents we experienced: . I once picked up my son early for a medical appointment, yet I continued receiving app notifications as if he were still there, including messages like “he ate some of his lunch.” This shows that the updates provided through their app—meant to keep parents informed—are not accurate and may be fabricated. •On another occasion, I picked up my son with a bloody nose. When I asked what had happened, the staff claimed they had no idea. No explanation, no accountability. •One day, I arrived around 11 a.m. after a medical appointment and found only two teachers supervising at least 15 children. Babies under one year old were left on the floor being stepped on by toddlers wandering unsupervised. The staff were overwhelmed and clearly unable to monitor the children safely. I cried while leaving my son there, but unfortunately, I had no alternative at the time. •The worst and final incident: We arrived at the end of the day to pick up our son. When we asked how his day went, every staff member responded with “he had a great day.” Just minutes later, he suddenly began vomiting as we were exiting the building. We went back to ask the teacher what was going on, and she casually mentioned that he had actually vomited earlier but had forgotten to mention it. We spoke to the director, who then told us he had vomited four times during the day—yet no one had called us or even informed us when we arrived. Our son was so sick and dehydrated that we spent days in the hospital. If you love your child, I strongly urge you not to trust them with this organization.

Everyone here is wonderful. You can tell the staff and teachers all truly care about the kids. The teachers were so patient with working with me to introduce new foods to my daughter. I love the app and being able to see photos of what she is doing during the day! It helps me to feel more connected while I'm at work.

We absolutely love KC! Our experience and that of our friends who also use them has been amazing! They’re flexible, so kind, and truly love the kids. Biggest pros: safe sleep, cloth diaper friendly, open communication all day!

Honestly I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Kindercare Anderson. Kelly, Mel and their team are phenomenal responding to messages immediately and answering all questions right away. Each teacher has got to know my son so personally and treat him like family. He runs up to the doors each morning excited to see all his friends, he truly loves it there! They treat him like their own and they can tell when he is slightly off his game and has a stomachache or something (related to an ongoing health issue) and immediately they give me a call. Daycares as we all know aren’t cheap but both my husband and I agree that it has been worth every penny because we see how much he has learned, developed but more importantly how safe and well taken care of he is there!

My daughter was new to the "school" experience and so was I. The staff at kinder care made us feel very welcomed. My daughter can get very emotional at times as many kids can have , her teachers comfort and calm her and have learned how to cater to her as every child is different. I can trust that my little one is happy and healthy while I'm off at work.
