I would like to thank the entire staff at Saint Therese at St. Mary of the Woods for the wonderful care and compassion they gave to my Mother in Law. Natalie and the entire staff was truly wonderful!

Saint Therese at St. Mary of the Woods is truly a wonderful community. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by a team that is professional, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of every resident.
The administrator, Michael, is kind, and it’s clear he cares deeply about maintaining such a positive environment. That said, Amanda, the HR Manager, truly stands out. She is responsive, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond to ensure both residents and staff feel supported and valued. Her warmth and professionalism make a lasting impression.
The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are bright and comfortable, and the common areas are always well maintained. Most importantly, there is a strong sense of dignity, respect, and community throughout.
We have complete peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend!

Beautiful campus and wonderful staff!
Do NOT and I mean do not send your loved ones in this facility. Rehabilitation center is horrible ,aside of therapists being amazing, and maybe 2 nurses, general care by aides ,nurses, stnas is behind ridiculous. You push button and wait for hours ,I found my loved grandma in her own feces and in her own urine soaking wet.Bed was dirty including sheets, blankets and pillows. When my grandfather addressed issue with the nurse in charge of my grandmother, she simply walked away and ignored him.
Later on my grandfather called and find out her name by calling director, who by the way always has excuse for their workers and they all protect each other by neglecting your loved ones.Ive seen 2 people fall there due to neglect. This place should be reported and shut down for good.Aids are on the phones and finally when they come in the room they ask you what do you need, not saying good morning or anything ,unprofessional and careless.
My grandparent (who is in skilled nursing) frequently gets ignored while “aides” are too busy paying attention to their cell phones instead of tending to the call lights. I’ve witnessed first hand “aides” with their masks down and texting instead of helping residents. It is truly DISAPPOINTING that a “5 star nursing home” doesn’t take the pandemic seriously and has been lockdown several times due to Covid because their AIDES DON’T KEEP THEIR MASKS ON!!!!!!!!! They deserve ZERO stars!!!
