We enrolled our son at Bright Horizons at SWEP when he was just an infant, and watching him complete preschool nearly three years later is a testament to everything this center does right.
The curriculum impressed us from day one. Every classroom — from the infant room through preschool — had intentional, age-appropriate programming that kept our son engaged and prepared him academically and socially well beyond our expectations.
Communication was equally exceptional. The My Bright Day app gave us real-time updates, captured beautiful everyday moments, and kept communication clear and quick no matter how busy our days got. Meals are also provided for children if parents choose — genuinely appreciated convenience any day.
The community here is something special. We moved to the area without much of a local network, and Bright Horizons at SWEP became our village. The warmth extended to families as well as the children was genuine.
Every teacher and staff member our son encountered was patient and nurturing. Daria and Heather are two exceptional leaders who set the tone for all of it. They are approachable, present, and the kind of people who make you feel like your child is known and valued, not just enrolled.

Our twin toddlers have been enrolled at Bright Horizons since last year, and we could not be happier with this facility. This is actually our third daycare, so we are in a position to compare this center to others. We can confidently say that this is a special place. The administrators are extremely professional and communicative, and the teachers are, without exception, dedicated to our kids' development and needs. Putting aside our own positive impressions, our kids are themselves consistently excited to get dropped off in the mornings, and are happy when the weekend is over and it's time to go back to "school" again. We wholeheartedly recommend BH-SWEP.

My husband and I truly could not be happier with our experience at Bright Horizons SWEP. Everyone from the teachers to the admin team has been so warm and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely care about not only our son but our whole family.
The kids are always doing fun, stimulating activities designed to help them reach milestones, but the classroom is also calm and relaxing enough for good naps. The infant teachers in particular are incredible (shout out to Ms. Susana!!) You consistently see the same teachers day in and day out, which gives the babies consistency and lets them build real bonds with their caregivers.
The space itself is clean, bright, and calming with plenty of age-appropriate toys and books. Even the infants get time outside when the weather is nice, which we love.
Communication is also amazing. They keep parents very updated through the app and we get lots of photos each day, which gives me so much peace of mind and lets me see that our son is happy and having fun.
Our little one is currently struggling with a bottle, and the staff have been incredible working with him and with us. They keep trying the bottle in a low-pressure way while letting me swing by to nurse during the day, which we really appreciate.
As first-time parents, daycare felt like a huge leap, but SWEP made the transition so much easier than we expected. I honestly can’t say enough good things. If you’re on the fence because of the price, for us it has absolutely been worth every penny.

I came in with my husband and 2 1/2-year-old daughter to check out the place. Adrianne is the person who helped us and she was very kind and informative. However upon looking through each classroom especially the toddler class it was clear that this place was not the right place for us.
First, the moment that my daughter stepped into the classroom she had already caught a cold - I understand that it's common for children to get sick in daycare but way too many of them looked sick snd uncared for. They had snot pouring out their noses and their faces were dirty from lunch. You can tell that their mouths haven't been wiped bc of the crusted food all over them. The environment was chaotic and quite dirty. The toys looked brown, dirty and the tables where they ate had some filthy surfaces as well, like water spills, crumbs everywhere. I noticed the bathrooms are shared for toilet training but the toilets are open areas nearby the toy areas and tables where the children eat their food. I noticed that some of the children were trying to use the toilet but had no assistance and we're not helped with washing their hands which they should be taught properly to prevent spreading of germs. I was very disappointed in the way the children were sleeping on cots on the floors next to other children who were awake and playing with toys very loudly. There's not a separate room for quiet naptime. Plus the cots felt hard and were dirty. The bedsheets were stepped on by other children. I saw a child who was sleeping on the bed with his face on top of dirty shoe marks. Half his body was on the floor and he looked very uncomfortable but none of the so-called teachers adjusted him so that he was. I have decent expectation because I'd like my daughter to be treated with respect and taught how to do things properly but this place showed me that other children were not treated that same way and I couldn't help but feel sorry for them. One of the most important things is cleanliness because if your child is constantly sick it affects the whole family. I wouldn't want to keep taking time off work to end up bringing my child to our pediatrician because her daycare can't maintain and promote simple hygiene. My child would be suffering too. I also noticed that the caretakers were not very attentive as they portray themselves to look on their website. They had their backs facing them often while doing some other task. I'm sure they mean well but what we actually witnessed was far different from what was advertised.
