  We have had an incredibly positive experience since joining the Webster location, especially with Ms Livvy and Ms Ellen. These two continue to go above and beyond and we are so thankful and fortunate our toddler gets to spend so much time with such talented educators. We are confident in the incredible care, patience, and love they show every single day. It is evident that both Ms Livvy and Ms Ellen have such a special way with toddlers - their kindness, creativity, and understanding help make every day a joyful learning adventure. We see the difference they make, not just in the skills being learned, but in the way she comes home happy, curious, and excited to go back the next day. We are so appreciative of the hugs, stories, songs, and little moments that make a big impact. Thank you for helping create the culture at Kindercare that gives us the confidence to send her every day.

  It was my baby's first day at kindercare. The infant room seemed clean but was very bright with loud music, which I was told continues even during nap times. They had recently opened a new room and the teacher, likely a new hire, seemed inexperienced. To see how my baby was adjusting, I informed the teacher I'd step out for 15 minutes. Upon returning, I found my baby unattended near a book rack. The infant-to-teacher ratio was one-to-one that day. Despite that my baby was left unattended because teacher was busy chatting with another teacher. My baby fell backwards and hit her head. Unaware that I had seen her falling, the teacher tried to cover it up by saying "o she's crying because she has been missing mama". We immediately left the daycare and decided to not return. We were not charged for that week.

  Initially I was hesitant to change child care centers but now I'm sorry we didn't do it sooner. Our son is 16 months old. He's surrounded by children that are developing at the same pace as him because they break the infant rooms up into age groups. He is thriving and we couldn't be happier. KinderCare has provided outstanding care and this has enabled us to go to work feeling like our child is in the right hands.
