The bathrooms, machines, and workout areas are always clean, which makes the whole experience much more enjoyable. It’s not just about getting a workout in, having a clean and comfortable environment really makes a difference. Compared to the gym I was going to these past few months, I feel like the La central YMCA does a much better job of keeping everything organized and well maintained. I also really like how well equipped the gym is. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help whenever you need assistance.

I especially want to recognize the woman who cleans the gym on Tuesday and Thursday mornings because she does an amazing job and works very hard to keep everything looking clean and organized. You can really see the effort she puts into maintaining the facility. The locker rooms are also constantly being cleaned, which is something I truly appreciate. It’s nice to go to a gym where cleanliness and maintenance are clearly taken seriously. The staff responsible for keeping the gym clean deserve recognition for their hard work. Overall, it’s a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming environment to work out in!

The staff is great, the maintenance is phenomenal, the supervisor Sharon is the best supervisor in the YMCA community. Blessings! Hope more people go and check it out and sign up!
