  Home of the Good Shepherd Memory Care in Saratoga is truly a wonderful place. From the moment you walk in, the facility is spotless and welcoming, and you can immediately feel the care and compassion in the atmosphere. The RN case manager and the administrator are both absolutely lovely—kind, approachable, and always attentive to the needs of residents and families. The staff overall is courteous, professional, and genuinely dedicated to providing excellent care. It gives such peace of mind knowing that our loved one is in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend!

  The staff truly cared about my mother. On Sundays they would get her dressed for Church and my father would pick her up. Everything is well organized. Her room was clean, she was always clean and had her nails polished. My mom went to all the activities. She didn't have any complaints about the food. They check on the resident every 2 hours. We knew she was in a safe place.

  Our family visited several memory care facilities between Albany and Glen Falls. Home of the Good Shepherd in Saratoga Springs clearly stood out compared to the others. The rooms and common areas provide a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. They might have a waiting list, but it's worth the wait and I would encourage families of prospective memory residents to begin your search before the actual need arrives. The facilities are very nice, but it's the people who work at Home of the Good Shepherd that make this a truly special place. We just moved Mom in last week. We spent most of the week there getting the room set up and spending time with Mom to help her get settled. Every member of the staff has been fantastic and the process could not have been better. The admin team, nurses, aides, chef, maintenance crew and hair stylist have all been highly supportive of us and with all the other residents. We couldn't be more pleased with Home of the Good Shepherd and we're grateful that Mom will receive the best care possible!
