  My wife and I just got married here this month and from start to finish Swan Club was amazing. When touring the grounds we knew immediately that Swan Club was where we wanted to get married. Even in the Fall/Winter the scenery and feel is beautiful. We were never made to feel like strangers, or "just clients". We booked with Bridget who was knowledgeable and very helpful. We loved the Camelot Room and although we did not have the required guest count for it initially, as it is their largest reception hall, they made an exception for us. This ended up working out because a month before our wedding our guest list had actually increased greatly in size, which would have required the larger room anyway. Pat, our Maître D', was excellent and a true professional. He was immensely knowledgeable and crucial to our big day. Not only did he make sure that we understood everything that was going to happen, he made many helpful suggestions and reminders. The day of the wedding, Pat ensured that we were on schedule and that everything ran smoothly. Diana was my wife's bridal attendant and she was awesome. Anything that my wife needed, and that I needed by extension, Diana was there for us. Our wedding day is one we will never forget, the food, the atmosphere, and the day itself were perfect. Our day could not have gone any better without the team at Swan Club. In short, we highly recommend!!!

  JUST BOOK SWAN CLUB. All of my friends and family said the wedding we held there was the best wedding they'd been to in terms of food, ambiance, entertainment and service. Let me start by saying Pat and Dianna from swan club were really fantastic and made the wedding fantastic. I need to start out by saying I already booked swan club with the vision of walking down the aisle in the big lake/pavilion area in the back. The weather that day was not on my side and it decided to rain the entire day. Pat gave me as much time as possible to make the decision to bring the event indoors and that meant the world to me. Despite the last minute decision to bring this indoors you couldn't tell that it was a rush to set up the boathouse for the ceremony. It was so beautiful and the decorations and lights were meticulously set up-- the team at swan club has an eye for detail! Even though we were indoors it ended up not mattering because everything was so beautiful. Their help didn't stop there. Dianna helped me set up decorations I forgot about several hours before the wedding and made sure I didn't worry about the details as I was getting hair and makeup done. She made sure both the groom and I had some time during cocktail hour to eat and catch our breath privately in the bridal suite. She brought our signature drinks to us and a platter of one of everything so we didn't miss out but could still rest. Even when I was taking my pictures before the wedding she helped to make sure I looked good and even ran to grab some lip gloss for me when she noticed my lips were drying out. I truly could not have asked for a better team. I'm a type A bride and when things start to go sideways I always get stressed but with Pat and Dianna I didn't have to worry at all. They took care of it all-- unexpected weather, crying kids, last minute decor, they were ready with a solution. Because they took care of everything my husband and I had such a good time. We hear from other couples that its rare for people to enjoy their own weddings but we surely did! Food was also fantastic too btw -- we'll be back in the future for other events!

  Wedding was extremely fun! Everything turned out perfectly. Aside from the rain which the team did an amazing job pivoting and resetting up cocktail hour indoor from outdoor with downpour rain (sorry Pat and team! This was bad call on my end) but no complaints! Team was so great. Pat was the best calming down myself and letting us know everything was going to be great. The food was amazing. We didn’t do a tasting as they only do showcases(this was a big concern) but literally everything was so delicious! Team was very attentive, Diane (bridal attendant) is the best! Everyone is just super sweet and professionals! 10/10 have your wedding and events here!! Won’t be disappointed

  I’ve had the opportunity to photograph weddings at Swan Club on the Harbor, and it is a venue I’m always happy to return to. The property offers so much variety throughout a wedding day, from the gardens and waterfront views to the architecture and reception spaces. There are plenty of beautiful locations for portraits, which gives couples a lot of flexibility without needing to leave the venue. From a photographer’s perspective, that variety is a huge advantage. The grounds work well for everything from getting-ready portraits and first looks to family photos, wedding party images, and quiet portraits of the couple later in the day. The waterfront and gardens also give the property a distinctly Long Island feel without making every image look the same. Just as important, the team at Swan Club is professional, organized, and easy to work with. A well-run venue makes an enormous difference on a wedding day, and their staff understands how to keep things moving while still allowing couples to enjoy the experience. Communication with the vendor team is strong, and the important moments of the day feel coordinated rather than rushed. The reception spaces are also beautiful and photograph very well, especially once the room is filled with guests and the celebration gets underway. Between the setting, the grounds, and the team behind the scenes, Swan Club gives couples a wedding experience that feels polished while still being relaxed and welcoming. It is a beautiful North Shore venue with a lot to offer, and one I would confidently recommend to couples planning a Long Island wedding.
