- APANKITA PRASADAug 19, 20261.0Don't recommend them. They were always understaffed and all the care givers were overwhelmed at any given time. The office staff always want parents to keep the kids at home and you will get untimely requests and class room closures last minute which puts the parents on spot. They will say we will reimburse you but that is not the point, every day they will email you about there problems requesting you to keep the child at home. They let kids watch TV at the daycare so that the staff can relax. Nothing productive every happens.
- SLsusana lugoJan 20, 20265.0Our family had a wonderful experience at KinderCare. Every teacher is kind, loving, and truly cares—Miss Sarah (both), Miss Teresa, Amy, our bestie Marie, Miss Amanda, and Mr. Wayne. Thank you for loving our girls and supporting our family. We are so grateful.
- BHBarb HJan 23, 20232.0The child care center has major staffing issues and is constantly looking for people to not attend that day, closing classrooms for the day or 1/2 day. They have no regard for the consistency a family needs so they can work. They are also very expensive.
- LGLaur GoodeApr 22, 20195.0We’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kindercare Penfield. I can’t say enough about the teachers and the care my two girls have received. They love going to school and have so much more self esteem than I ever had at that age. I’ll be sad when this stage of life is over.
