  Don't recommend them. They were always understaffed and all the care givers were overwhelmed at any given time. The office staff always want parents to keep the kids at home and you will get untimely requests and class room closures last minute which puts the parents on spot. They will say we will reimburse you but that is not the point, every day they will email you about there problems requesting you to keep the child at home. They let kids watch TV at the daycare so that the staff can relax. Nothing productive every happens.

  Our family has had an great experience at KinderCare over the past year. Our child is part of Ms. Jakayla's and Mr. JJ's class, who are both incredibly caring teachers. They've created a warm, fun, and engaging space where the kids are excited to learn and play every day. The curriculum is thoughtful and hands-on, and we appreciate the daily updates with photos, videos, and notes. We often notice our child coming home with new found independence, skills, and vocabulary. The front office staff—Marrie, Amanda, Lindsay, and Amy—are always friendly, responsive, and clearly loved by the kids (we’ve seen whole classrooms run to hug them!). Not only do they manage the day-to-day schedule, but they have occasionally organized after school activities (e.g., Trunk-or-treat, after hours childcare "parents-night-out", on-site field trips) that are above and beyond a normal daycare routine.

  I absolutely love the multiage teachers! The structure of the days for the kids is amazing. There is a project everyday and the kids learn different skill and knowledge. I would highly recommend kindercare! They have a high level of communication and have taken such great care of my little one. Thanks Miss Lindsay and Miss Amanda!

  My daughter has been enrolled at penfield kinder care for the last 2 months. Mr Wayne and Miss Sarah are always kind, caring and patient towards her, and give us updates throughout the day with pictures and entries of what is happening each day. I'm always at ease knowing she is under their care and that they're playing a role in her life each day.
