  We had a truly wonderful experience with this cremation service during an incredibly difficult time. From the very first phone call, their team, especially Michael, was compassionate, respectful, and attentive to every detail including notifying the state and social services. They guided us through each step with patience and kindness, making a process that felt overwhelming much easier to navigate. For example, the small detail of turning off the video monitor prior to moving my mom's remains was incredibly thoughtful. Everything was handled with professionalism and dignity, and it was clear they genuinely care about the families they serve. Their communication was excellent, and they honored all of our wishes without any pressure. We are deeply grateful for their support and would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of caring, respectful end-of-life arrangements. Their transparent pricing was much appreciated when trying to budget end-of-life services. Michael was truly our MVP!

  This funeral home is the best. Everyone, including Mike, was very polite and helpful with everything we needed to get and do for my best friend since third grade. They helped my best friend's husband and me feel positive and happy because they explained every process in detail, and our sadness felt like everything was going to be alright through these difficult times we were passing through. Thanks for everything you did for us and the family. I recommend this funeral home because they're not just regular people; they're family to us.
