- CCCindy4 days ago5.0Our wedding at Terrace on the Park was truly the wedding of our dreams, and we cannot recommend this venue enough. From the moment we started planning, the staff made us feel supported, excited, and completely taken care of every step of the way. Nicole and Bruno were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but they made the entire process feel smooth and exciting. We can’t thank them enough. On the day of the wedding, Bridal Attendant Tatiana and Bridal attendant in-training Sheyla were honestly lifesavers. They never left my side and made sure I had everything I needed at all times, from drinks and food to fixing my lip gloss. They made me feel calm, cared for, and able to fully enjoy every moment of the day. Walter, our maitre’d, was incredible as well. He kept everything running on schedule while making the entire night feel effortless and seamless. (I actually forgot my boutique of flowers before walking down the aisle and the staff RAN to go get it for me) The food was AMAZING. The chef and his team did such an incredible job. Everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and there were so many options for our guests to enjoy. We are still getting compliments about the food weeks later! ( Get the Mongolian beef!!! You won’t regret it). The bartenders also deserve a huge shoutout because they were AMAZING all night long. They were friendly, fast, attentive, and kept the drinks flowing the entire evening. And the venue itself? Absolutely stunning. Elegant, romantic, and everything we could have imagined. One of our favorite parts was being able to enjoy both the indoor Penthouse ballroom and the outdoor balcony overlooking the city. The sunset rooftop photos were breathtaking and gave us some of the most beautiful memories from our wedding day. We received endless compliments from our guests about the atmosphere, service, food, and overall experience. Terrace on the Park made us feel like royalty, while still making the night feel fun, warm, and personal. 10/10 recommend Terrace on the Park for your wedding or special event, they truly made our dream wedding come to life.

I had an appointment with Neil I got there sat there for a few minutes before they asked me about my appointment. I gave them my info then waited for a few more minutes before they told me he wasn't in today. I asked can anyone else do the tour and I was told all the rooms were booked and I should try again tomorrow or next week. I would never step foot back in there

The service was exceptional, the space was stunning, and the food was absolutely amazing but that viewwww WOW our guests are still talking about it! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our ground floor suites each have access to our gardens where we can have your ceremonies or your cocktail parties.
