  I am very disappointed with this daycare. The tuition is expensive, but the cost is not my main concern. My concern is the quality of care and hygiene provided to the children. The daycare claims to keep children clean and healthy, but that has not been our experience. I bring my child to daycare clean every morning, yet when I pick them up, their face is often dirty, with dried food around the mouth and cheeks. Their nose is frequently running, and staff do not appear to clean it regularly. What is most frustrating is that I have brought these concerns to the teachers’ attention multiple times, but nothing has improved. The same issues continue to happen. Since attending this daycare, my child has been getting sick frequently. I understand that illnesses can spread among young children, but I have observed children with runny noses not being cleaned properly. When basic hygiene practices are not followed, germs can easily spread from one child to another, increasing the risk of illness. As a parent, I do not expect perfection, but I do expect caregivers to provide basic hygiene, cleanliness, and attention to the children’s health and well-being. For the amount families pay, these should be standard practices. Unfortunately, based on our experience and the lack of response after repeated concerns were raised, I cannot recommend this daycare to other families.

  My husband and I feared the day we had to send our kids to daycare/preschool but bright horizons has truly managed to put all fears to rest. They have an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The classrooms are very welcoming and so far we have nothing but great things to say about the center and the kindergarten prep program. We know we made the right decision putting our son in this program. He is happy and doing well and we appreciate all the great lines of open communication we have with the teachers during the day. The effort and level of care is truly amazing!

  My son was one year 5 months when we started at Bright Horizons. We were very nervous about day care but my son's teachers made the transition very smooth. They keep me updated as much as they can throughout the day with photos and memos. The teachers are attentive and often at pick up give me little tidbits of my sons day. I would highly recommend BH to anyone who is considering child care.

  We are so thankful that we found Bright Horizons. It was the first place we toured where we felt that our daughter would not only be safe but that she would learn, explore, and receive the care that we would give her ourselves. She runs to her daycare teachers every morning and truly loves to be there! It makes the stress of being away from your child that much easier.
