It would help them to have round weight plates. They only have the ones that are multi sided, which don’t work great for dead lifting.

Pool here is rarely full on weekdays, workout room, basketball/volleyball gym available, badminton 2 hours each Sat & Sun. Full workout machines, elliptical, running, arms, rower, etc. Free weights and mat room.
