- TLTy LauJun 22, 20265.0We started our daughter at Bright Horizons Noho for 2K, and the transition was tough — tears at drop-off and pick-up, for her and honestly for us too. As first-time parents without a lot of nearby support, the admin and teachers became a genuine lifeline. They never told us how to parent, but they were always willing to be a sounding board when we needed one. Ms. Pam noticed our daughter was showing signs of potty-training readiness early, flagged it to us, and at 2.5 she's now fully trained — day and night. That kind of attentiveness means everything. Today, our daughter actually looks forward to going to daycare. She comes home full of stories, coordinates her own playdates at pick-up, and is growing into a confident, social little kid. The activities, the teachers, the admin — it all works together. We're so grateful for this community.
