  We started our daughter at Bright Horizons Noho for 2K, and the transition was tough — tears at drop-off and pick-up, for her and honestly for us too. As first-time parents without a lot of nearby support, the admin and teachers became a genuine lifeline. They never told us how to parent, but they were always willing to be a sounding board when we needed one. Ms. Pam noticed our daughter was showing signs of potty-training readiness early, flagged it to us, and at 2.5 she's now fully trained — day and night. That kind of attentiveness means everything. Today, our daughter actually looks forward to going to daycare. She comes home full of stories, coordinates her own playdates at pick-up, and is growing into a confident, social little kid. The activities, the teachers, the admin — it all works together. We're so grateful for this community.

  As first-time parents, sending our daughter to Bright Horizons in NoHo at just five months old was a significant step for us. Our experience has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff and their unwavering commitment to the children's well-being. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the center director, Jess. Their professionalism and friendliness immediately put us at ease. Jess, along with Tess and our daughter's teachers Mel, Shyann, and Eileen, have been nothing but kind and accommodating. Their genuine care and warmth towards our daughter have been heartwarming. We were particularly impressed with the comprehensive protocols the center has in place. From measures addressing outdoor air quality issues (when there's been recent bad air days) to robust building access security, every detail is meticulously managed. These protocols have made us feel secure and confident in our decision to trust Bright Horizons with our daughter's care. One aspect we particularly valued was the flexibility in pick-up and drop-off times. Being able to drop off and pick up our daughter at any time was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the center provides a room to store strollers, allowing us to leave it there after drop-off. This small but thoughtful convenience made our daily routine much smoother. The entire team has made this transition smooth and comfortable for us. We are grateful for the welcoming environment and the peace of mind they provide every day.
