  Had an appointment scheduled to tour the facility. Arrived at time of appointment with no one at the desk, no one answering the call button, and no one answering our call. Left a note. No one ever called us back to follow up. Disappointing.

  We have been sending our son to Bright Horizons since he was 5 months old and we have no regrets! The center and all the staff is amazing and they providibg loving and engaging care to the kids. Would highly recommend.

  Our son has been at Bright Horizons Chelsea for over a year and we couldn't be happier parents with the experience both he and we have have had there. Sheri, Shannon and Cheryl are the warmest, most wonderful people. We trust them implicitly. They are flexible and accommodating and so kind. Our son's teachers are energetic, consistent, FUN. All of the teachers in the other classrooms are also so wonderful. We have to take the train two stops to get to Bright Horizons Chelsea, and even though there are centers closer to us, we wouldn't even consider it. The women and men who run BH Chelsea feel like family and I wouldn't trust our child to anyone else.

  Bright Horizons in Chelsea is excellent!!! My child has been at Bright Horizons since the age of 2. Teachers are hands-on and really care about my childes well-being and happiness. The curriculum has prepared my child for Kindergarten, without a question. Besides core learning, my child is exposed to art, music, soccer, cooking, etc. Every day is something new. They have the most amazing teachers and team around!!

  Excellent, trustworthy, clean and organized daycare for infants to pre-school aged. I have only experience the infant classroom thus far and absolutely LOVE my son's teachers. I feel that he is very well looked after, i have complete peace of mind when he is there and i can tell he loves his teachers and the social interaction with other children. Teacher's are attentive to his needs, update me throughout the day via the company's app with pictures and updates, and let me plan his day (as opposed to other daycare centers which have infants adhere to their directed schedule).
