  I cannot thank John and the team at Flinch and Bruns Funeral Home enough. During such a difficult time, they were incredibly attentive and accommodating, taking the weight off our shoulders when we needed it most. Their empathy and professionalism are unmatched. They truly listen and go above and beyond to ensure every detail is handled perfectly. They made a challenging process as comforting as possible, and I highly recommend them.

  Very satisfied with all aspects of the service we received from Flinch & Bruns. They are so respectful and so professional. Answered all questions, explained everything. Were always available whenever we called about anything. It didn’t matter which representative we spoke to each one was polite and efficient. It felt like they couldn’t do enough for us.
