  The worst manager Y in the country. AC has been broken for more than 5 years. Dimmed lights to save on electricity! Broken walls and squeaky equipment for years. Only kids with attitude and poor customer service work front desk. Complaints are met with a dismissal. Crowded all day (high schools use cardio room as gym class every day). Worse every year. Member for 10+ years 😢

  Pool closed, sauna closed, showers not working, no doors on the shower cabins, pieces of tiles and ceiling falling off in the shower cabins, no soap in the shower, no hot water in the showers, no paper in the lockers. Pool bottom dirty. Elevator out of service. Staff messed up my membership I could not checkin. You name it… How about you refund us the membership for this month?

  Swimming laps has always been my therapy, and finding this pool was like striking gold! Finding decent pool space in the city is usually a nightmare of crowded lanes and dirty water. This branch has a fantastic setup with dedicated lanes for different speeds, which stops so much frustration before it even starts. The lifeguards actually enforce the rules too, so you do not get stuck behind someone floating in the fast lane. It is just a highly organized, clean, and respectful place to swim. I absolutely love coming here every morning.

  Figuring out summer childcare was causing me so much stress this year until we found this place! We enrolled our twins in the day camp program here, just crossing our fingers it would work out. Not only were the counselors so attentive, but the mix of swimming, arts, and games kept the kids completely hooked. They came back every day with huge smiles and new stories about their friends. I finally had peace of mind while sitting at my desk at work. It is such a blessing for busy parents.

  After leaving the city, I'd personally gone in to make sure my membership was cancelled. Low & behold, they still kept charging my account. I was told by front desk to reach out to Joyce Fentang who apparently is the membership director and the person to resolve...nothing. despite following ups, I got no response. Raising this higher, it took Sabrina Snyder to acknowledge, respond and swiftly resolve my refunds. Full credit to her and how a job should be done. Disappointed with their front staff and membership cancellation process.
