  The assistant director was never welcoming or nice, always just abrasive. The director was nice, but didn't seem to keep up on much and seemed to let the assistant director handle much of the center. We pulled our child out after either an employee or the center reported us to cps saying that our child wasn't being bathed. After the cps employee talked to and "inspected" our child at the daycare with out informing us of anything happening and then left a note on our home door. I took off work the next day to keep my child home and so the cps employee could inspect our home etc. Afterwards, the cps employee confirmed that the report was 100% unfounded and was annoyed to be wasting time with clearly unfounded reports. I later went to the daycare to retrieve my child's things and inform them my child would never return, the assistant director stated she knew nothing about the cps worker coming or anything and that she could have the director contact me to work things out (she never followed up, not that I'd have ever gone back anyway). Also after all of this, they tried to continue charging me for weeks after this. The staff always seemed nice and seemed to care for my child, but I would go just about anywhere else and avoid this type of headache.

  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I recently toured this center and the lady who showed me around (I believe she was the assistant director) was very rude to me and my family. I even witnessed her being rude to the staff. During my tour, I also noticed how disgusting the center is. The bathrooms are disgusting, there is trash sitting outside on the playground. And the floors were extremely sticky. It looks like no one even tried to clean the place. The lunch they were serving the children did not look appetizing at all!! I feel so bad for the current families there. Dear future families, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD THERE! DO BETTER KINDERCARE!

  From day one, we have felt completely assured that our son is in excellent care at Kindercare. Miss Cassie and Miss Amanda have consistently gone above and beyond to keep us informed and involved, always providing thoughtful updates and showing incredible care and patience. It’s clear they truly love what they do, and it shines through in how they interact with the children. Our son absolutely adores his teachers and classmates, and it brings us so much joy to see how happy he is every day. He has made tremendous growth during his time here—constantly surprising us with new songs, skills, and stories. It’s amazing to see how much he’s learning while having so much fun. We feel so fortunate to have him in a setting that is not only engaging and enriching but also safe and nurturing. Kristen and Tierra are always present and willing to answer any questions or concerns. We really appreciate all of you! Caitlin & Nick Kenyon

  I can't say enough good things about Mrs. Lisa at Kindercare, where my son is enrolled in the preschool program. He has learned so much under her guidance, and it's remarkable how advanced he is for his age. By just 3 years old, he knew our address and phone number, and now, just after turning 4, he can count to 100! He truly enjoys learning from Mrs. Lisa, Miss Brooke, and the other teachers in the classroom. Each day, he leaves school with a wealth of knowledge, and I couldn't be happier with his progress. Family and friends are also amazed at how much he has learned during his time there! I thought I could do 2 reviews but I couldnt! So I wanted to also highlight Haily who is in my other son, Cameron’s room. She is so comforting and loving towards Cameron and he absolutely adores her and being in the room! As a one year old drop off can be hard but she always scoops him off and makes him feel comfortable and happy. He enjoys being in his room with the great teachers!

  I switched my son to this daycare about 6 months ago and it was the best decision I made. His teachers have been absolutely amazing. My son loves going there everyday and always has a smile. His current teacher Miss Jessica, always lets me know how his day was at pickup and she lets me know things throughout the day. She's so sweet and so great with the kids.
