  We have visited the Arbors several times to consider location for my father. Ultimatetly, the choise was his, and ended up at a different location. This is not to say it wasnt one of our first choices. Extremely convenient location, pricing is affordable, and no nonsense. For one price, all care, room, meals, and coordination of services is provided. From every person we encountered, we were exposed to kindness and sincerity. Brad Chafin was highly instrumental with efficiently coordinating everything, including our tour. But the individual who truly, and sincerely bent over backwards for us was Megnan Alvarez. She was a wealth of information in all aspects of the industry, as well as going out of her way to meet my father, and understand his needs. From all the people we have met along this "trip", my father justifiably liked her the most. She is a credit to this institution, and clearly takes pride in making Arbors the best it can be. If you want an affordable, assisted living facility where your mind can be at ease, with truly caring people, I think you should consider the Arbors..in Westbury.

  We visited with a friend today around lunch time, and David arranged for us to sit in the media room and have our lunch delivered. Room was clean and lovely, quiet and private. BUT the highlight of our visit was CARMEN ERAZO! OMG, she was so warm, friendly, couldn't do enough to make our visit perfect - from offering to take photos of us with my phone, to bringing us beverages, delivering the food, checking to see if everything was alright, even offering to pack up the food we hadn't eaten! We kept thanking her and she kept saying she wished she could do "more" - impossible, she was beyond amazing! What a beautiful person and exceptional human being. What a privilege for you to have her on your staff. There should be more Carmen's in this world!!! Thank you Carmen for being such a beautiful human being and touching our hearts today.

  My mom has been here since April 2026. The staff are so very kind and caring. They all treat her with so much kindness and respect. They have great in house events and day trips for the residents. The wellness staff are so wonderful. And David at the front desk is amazing! And special mention goes to Carmen and Edwin of recreation they really look over the residence on all out the outings, which my mom loves! My only complaint is the tv service in the rooms are not great and the everyday food could use some improvement. We had to make the difficult decision to place my mom and this was a good decision for our family.

  Toured the facility twice and both times I was extremely impressed on how much they care for each individual. Clean and very helpful, I would recommend this location for anyone of your love ones.

  We celebrated our sister's birthday today. The staff made a cake, we brought in ice cream and balloons. Carmen made the event very special. They sang happy birthday and made her feel very special. Thank you Westbury Arbors and staff. We had a great time.
