St. Luke’s Church has stood as a downtown anchor on the corner of 4th and Main Streets for a 180 years. A visionary community that erected its first building with a seating capacity of 340 despite having only 12 members, St. Luke’s stands tall in the city as a beacon of faith, hope, and compassion through our Christ-centered outreach and civic service.
The current St. Luke’s Church building, erected in 1894, is the third structure that has housed the congregation. from Wikipedia
