  My identity was stolen from this YMCA while I was at the shelter they stole my birth certificate, my lease to my apartment as well as my ID and some clothing and they are still using my identity til this day utilizing my benefits from the state making deposits at banks and stealing my foodstamps by making transactions through online orders and even tried to open a bank of america account in my name I will be moving forward with the police department tomorrow Sept. 9 2026 to follow up with an investigation because I am now behind in my bills due to all this. Thanks so much for scamming me whichever employee you are because you are offically ruining my life here in New York and your messing me up financially for instance like the cleaning lady who cleans people rooms and goes in them while they are gone and to anyone who is a shelter resident here please keep your belongings VERY close especially your identity and dont allow anyone in your rooms because they are taking advantage of people while they are in critical situations.   The online pool schedule is constantly inaccurate, which makes planning extremely frustrating. It also felt like nobody had clear answers when questions were asked, especially regarding registration. When I tried to find out when registration started, staff were unable to provide information, and one employee wearing a tie-dye YMCA shirt sitting crisscross applesauce appeared more focused on playing a game while sitting on the floor than helping customers. Customer service, communication, and organization need significant improvement.

  游泳池小了點 可是人不多 。女子沐浴沒有蒸氣房，但是有烤箱。健身房多了很多新的運動器材，值得一試，有教練上課的課程少了點。不過上了年紀的只要身體健康還能行動自由，我建議真應該來這邊上上課動一動，真的值得來。。

  Has everything that you need to be fit. They just got new equipment. I love the treadmill with the huge touchscreen offering lots of amazing options and landscapes for your walking/running. The place is kept neat and clean. The pool and sauna are awesome!
