- JFJessica FranklinMay 31, 20261.0The online pool schedule is constantly inaccurate, which makes planning extremely frustrating. It also felt like nobody had clear answers when questions were asked, especially regarding registration. When I tried to find out when registration started, staff were unable to provide information, and one employee wearing a tie-dye YMCA shirt sitting crisscross applesauce appeared more focused on playing a game while sitting on the floor than helping customers. Customer service, communication, and organization need significant improvement.
