The Courtyards offers a traditional Assisted Living Residence (ALR) for those who are mostly independent but need a little extra help. We offer a personalized care plan to fit you or your loved one, with just the right amount of help to make life a little easier. If you need a bit more help, our Enhanced Assisted Living Residence (EALR) can give you a bit more day-to-day help. We are the only approved NYS Assisted Living Program (ALP) in Chemung County. Now those with lower income and Medicaid may be eligible. Our memory care area “Orchard View” (SNALR – Special Needs Assisted Living Residence) is a secure area in our assisted living, and it offers those with Alzheimer’s or Dementia a safe and secure environment with 24-hour assistance.
