Ana was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Her patience, kindness, compassion, and the gentle way she approached our mom during the tour were truly exceptional. She genuinely cared about Mom’s well-being and took the time to understand our family’s concerns and needs during such an emotional decision. Although our family ultimately decided not to move forward with the facility because Mom’s daughter chose to care for her at home, we cannot say enough about Ana’s professionalism, dedication, and resourcefulness. She made a very difficult process feel so much easier and less overwhelming. The facility itself is beautiful, welcoming, and filled with very friendly residents and staff. If you are looking for guidance, support, or information about assisted living, Ana is truly the person you want by your side. She has an amazing ability to match your loved one’s unique needs with the care and services they offer. Thank you again, Ana, for your kindness and all the support you gave our family.
