- LRLynne RossNov 27, 20221.0My mother was supposed to be in enhanced assisted living . She would call for people and have long waits or no one would respond to her calls. Staff popped in and out -didn’t bother to get to know the residents. My mother had poor Vision . They would drop food off ignoring her dietary needs time after time-She never received her Christmas gifts -brought to several peoples attention -no one cared-not even an apology-when she wasn’t eating, they ignored it-thankfully we were there enough to continue to advocate-she didn’t receive timely medical care and we brought her home after her hospitalization. Everything has improved since moved from that facility
- JDJohn DoeDec 5, 20193.0Staff does a good job taking care for my mother and they are nice for the most part. At least to visitors and residents. I do hear a lot about a particular staff member. She's always complaining, or talking poorly about another staff member. I think staff should keep comments to themselves and not be talking poorly about other staff members infront of the residents.
