- KKKaren KerbyJul 3, 20255.0My mom was a resident at the Wilton location of Home of the Good Shepherd. She was very well cared for by the staff there. I lived very close by, so this is not a review from a far away family member who didn’t know what was going on. I saw a lot of my mom and the staff there over a 3 yr and 5 month period. The staff genuinely care about all of the residents. They are very responsive to family members questions.

- JDJohn DoeDec 5, 20193.0Staff does a good job taking care for my mother and they are nice for the most part. At least to visitors and residents. I do hear a lot about a particular staff member. She's always complaining, or talking poorly about another staff member. I think staff should keep comments to themselves and not be talking poorly about other staff members infront of the residents.
