  There are friendly people and difficult people everywhere, both among the members and the management here. But I believe management should help set the right tone and guide people in a positive direction. From my own experience, I feel this place really needs some improvement, especially when it comes to management. I hope the higher-level managers can actually come here, talk with members, and hear people’s feedback and concerns directly. I’m not trying to complain or point fingers — I just hope this can become a more welcoming and supportive place that truly serves the community better. 这里既有友善的人，也有难相处的人，无论是会员还是管理层都一样。但我认为管理层应该营造良好的氛围，引导大家朝着积极的方向发展。就我个人经验而言，我觉得这里确实需要改进，尤其是管理人员方面。 我希望高层管理人员能够亲自来到这里，与会员们交流，直接倾听大家的反馈和担忧。我并非抱怨或指责任何人——我只是希望这里能够成为一个更加热情友好、互助友爱的地方，真正更好地服务于社区。

  Horrible janitor. I’d like to report an ongoing issue about the janitor that works in this place. I’ve notice that they have always been on their phone and slacking off, leaving a huge mess in the Mens locker room. Can someone please do something about this???

  the lifeguard is completely trash my friend was trying to teach me how to swim but then the trash lifeguard told me i have to leave because i dont know how to swim
