We started at Kindercare for summer camp this summer and my daughter is having the best experience. We were warmly welcomed by all of the front desk staff, security staff, and teachers. I just have to brag about my daughter's amazing teachers, Ms. Destiny and Ms. Shelene! Coming into summer my little one identified the letters in her name and now she knows 22/26 letter names. As a teacher myself, I am so impressed! They have truly instilled a love for learning for my girl. She comes home asking to do a letter hunt or practice letter writing. We are so grateful she has had such a fun summer while learning and growing with her incredible teachers and friends. We are looking forward to a great school year ahead.

Any 5 star reviews of this school, have to be completely fake, and probably paid for. This school is absolutely awful, and I really regret sending my child here for UPK. There are multiple reasons behind my feelings, starting with pick up/drop off is a nightmare, I kept getting texts/emails that my bill was past due, they do not proof read mass texts/emails and often sent out the wrong information and then would have to send out a correction, I feel their curriculum is subpar compared to the other schools in the area, and there’s zero doubt my child did not get the best education there. Their security procedures at the school are a joke- to where I was able to open the door myself and walk all around the school and back out the door with no one saying anything to me or even acknowledging me. I called Dawn, and was given one BS excuse after another on why that was able to happen. My personal favorite excuse was that the woman at the front desk knows me so I was just let in- that was especially comical since I’d only been to the school maybe 3 times the entire year, and she was also busy on the phone and didn’t even look up. There is ZERO reason why the doors at that school should not be locked at all times during the school day, especially in this day and age (sadly). His teacher was sweet, couldn’t be bothered to learn my name and called me “mom” all year which was unprofessional and slightly rude- but she tried her best with what she’s given, and if it weren’t for her I would have pulled him before the year was over.

I am sure these claims will be refuted by management but I assure you the below are stone cold facts. If I had known that the change in ownership was going to be this bad, I would never have sent my son to this toilet. For starters, they cannot get their billing right nor can they justify your rate. Go talk to other parents who have the same number of children, or morning/evening care baked in and they'll all have different prices. When the staff was confronted about the difference by my wife, she was given a canned corporate response that assured her that wasn't the case. Our tuition changed 3 times in a span of 2 weeks, and they blamed it on old staff members giving out bogus rates While there are some teachers there that do a good job, my son's teacher was totally incompetent and so were the helpers in the room. Now that the school year is over I believe I paid for a full year of babysitting, very little educational related growth for him. The communication from the teacher was basically non existent unless they write to tell you that your kid is being a typical toddler. The biggest issue i have with this school is that one of the teachers aids dislocated my son's elbow while he was in their care, and the school tried to cover it up. If your kid gets so much as a scratch they give you an accident report, but I had to harass the desk clerk to get a copy of the report. At first they claimed he was dropped off already injured and that there is no way an injury happened during his time under their care. Then the teachers aid came clean that she picked him up by his wrists while he was laying on the floor causing the dislocation. First they blame us, then resist a written report, and got jammed up by the teacher owning up to what she did. We had to file a CPS report and everything. This biggest disappointment in all this is that Mrs Dawn is so quick to put her polished corporate face on for parents, but didnt have the dignity to call me and my wife to apologize for what happened, and assure us that she would take steps to make sure this didn't happen to another kid. I could go on and on about the short falls of the staff and this establishment but ill leave it as this, there are other schools in the area that will give your kids the attention they deserve for the price you pay. Be aware of this school and think twice
