Since 2006, BrightPath Maryvale, previously known as EduKids has been located in the Arc of Erie County building (formally known as Heritage Centers). Our Maryvale Center offers a warm infant suite, exciting and safe toddler environments, and state-of-the-art classrooms, all facilitated by a highly trained, tenured staff. - LILori IlluzziJul 24, 20265.0I cannot rave enough about the staff at BrightPath Maryvale. They are all so caring, patient, and kind. The directors are incredible and always there when you need to reach them. The teachers work hard to make your child feel comfortable, safe, and happy. It has been an absolute pleasure sending our daughter there and we will miss everyone greatly. After experiences with other daycares, I highly recommend BrightPath Maryvale.
- NJNicole JordanJun 22, 20262.0I originally enrolled my son at 9 months and pulled him out at 18 months to explore other options of care. I re-enrolled him at 2 until 3. I was told my son couldn’t continue preschool due to safety concerns. I was originally told he could attend until august. I reached out asking about his last day of care, so I could have the dates for his preschool then was told end of June. Ultimately I ended up pulling him out in May. This location/staff ratio was simply not a great fit for my son. I’ve been told by other parents that other locations would have been better but that wasn’t an Option given. I stated that in a survey the company sent and corporate basically said good luck with finding a preschool. If it’s something negative they don’t listen. This is coming from a parent who didn’t just drop her kid off. I was very active. Gift bags every holiday, appreciate gifts to staff, class room visit, etc. I don’t want to force my child to stay or go any where he’s labeled as the issue, especially at 2. During this process I learned… Not all care facilities are the same. The 6 months my son left this location and currently…. No issues. The company prorated May tuition and made sure I received refund within 14 days. I emailed corporate and billing on May 29th and again a week later but never received a response. Maybe someone would reach out to me now because calling/ emailing a simple question hasn’t worked
