  I originally enrolled my son at 9 months and pulled him out at 18 months to explore other options of care. I re-enrolled him at 2 until 3. I was told my son couldn’t continue preschool due to safety concerns. I was originally told he could attend until august. I reached out asking about his last day of care, so I could have the dates for his preschool then was told end of June. Ultimately I ended up pulling him out in May. This location/staff ratio was simply not a great fit for my son. I’ve been told by other parents that other locations would have been better but that wasn’t an Option given. I stated that in a survey the company sent and corporate basically said good luck with finding a preschool. If it’s something negative they don’t listen. This is coming from a parent who didn’t just drop her kid off. I was very active. Gift bags every holiday, appreciate gifts to staff, class room visit, etc. I don’t want to force my child to stay or go any where he’s labeled as the issue, especially at 2. During this process I learned… Not all care facilities are the same. The 6 months my son left this location and currently…. No issues. The company prorated May tuition and made sure I received refund within 14 days. I emailed corporate and billing on May 29th and again a week later but never received a response. Maybe someone would reach out to me now because calling/ emailing a simple question hasn’t worked

  I love this day care. Everyone is very friendly and wonderful with my child. They communicate everything. And care and love for my child like there own. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

  We have been with Edukids Maryvale since 2017. I do not have enough words to express our appreciation and gratitude to the teachers and staff there. They have shown an incredible amount of love, care and support for both our children through their time there. Both kids have been closely monitored and developed by their teachers through all their milestones- intellectually, physically and socially. The center itself is clean and well maintained with large, beautiful classrooms and private lockers for kids to store their things. There is a full sized, indoor gym for the kids to play in and the food catered for the kids is healthy and nutritious. We are in constant communication with the staff/ teachers through an app that posts daily updates in real time. We see pictures of the kids’s moods, activities, meals, naps and what their schoolwork for the day included. The cost is incredibly reasonable for what the quality of the care provides. It certainly helps that diapers and wipes are provided in the cost of tuition, and the center was instrumental in potty training the kids as well. We are very happy with this center! Would highly recommend anytime.
