Under the circumstances, my visit was as good as it could be. The people that work there are very accommodating and helpful! It’s very relieving knowing our mother is in good hands 🙌🏻

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at The Pines. The rehab director, Anya was so incredibly helpful and attentive to the needs of my conditions. I’m so grateful for the care I received from her and the members of her team. Maggie, the social worker was also so very kind and dedicated in her efforts to help me. The aides at The Pines work so hard. Tina, Suzanne and Kayle took such good care of me and Janaé always made sure I had what I needed. If I were to need another stay at a skilled nursing facility, I would return to the Pines, without question.

Visited my Grandma while she rehabs a broken hip. She seemed well and was very happy with her care. Her attendant was very nice and checked in on her. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Remembered details that helped find and assist my grandma.

Recently, our family, like every family does, went through a very sad time. We had to witness our father, grandpa, father-in-law live out his final days. For three and a half years we took care of Pop, at home, until the care he needed exceeded our capabilities. Thank God for The Pines. Not only did they give Pop the care he needed and deserved, the staff also gave us the care and respect that they told us we deserved. Every person on the staff, from the maintenance crew, to food services, to the nurses and doctors, right up through the administration, were always there to give us support and answer any questions. Most important, Pop's care was always the number one priority. The facility itself was always spotless. The meals were always very good. The nurses and doctors, top notch and always professional but just as important, compassionate. The administration, always there to answer questions and be supportive. We can't thank The Pines enough for helping us through this tough journey and making us feel as if they were in this with us and we were all one family.
