She had bruises on her face and I had to call the ambulance to have her admitted back to the hospital.She was so severely infected and her wounds were not even looked at. We were only there for two days.
- JJJonJun 13, 20251.0If you are looking for a place for your loved one, please keep looking. The excuse of we are short staffed is getting real old. Why can't the nursing supervisor or the unit managers come unglued from their office chairs and help with patient care. Extremely POOR patient care to the point of disgusting. It is so sad that in your last days one has to live in their own filth due to negligence and incompetence.
- JLJohn LuthringerJun 16, 20182.0Monday to Friday staff is attentive and caring. However, the weekend staff is very questionable. 3 hours to get an aide to change and wash a hospice patient. Breakfast shows up 90 minutes late and is ice cold. If the family isn't on site, little care is provided. No one appears to be in charge on weekends.
